Community Associations Program

Ken Rasmussen Studio invites community associations to apply and register for participation in the Community Association Program (CAP).

The CAP is designed as a way to help associations (including schools) involved in contributing to inclusive local community activities and interests who would like an alternative fundraising option.

Once your association is registered with the CAP, when a person refers to your association’s fundraising activity prior to purchasing an artwork direct from the Ken Rasmussen Studio (either online or during a Studio visit), a percentage of the sale value will be contributed to your association.

The CAP does not apply to works purchased through one of Ken Rasmussen’s exhibiting galleries.

Application for Registration

Terms

  • Associations must register and receive confirmation from Ken Rasmussen Studio in advance of any sale.
  • Artwork sales through third party galleries or auctions are not included in the program.
  • Associations may not be affiliated with any political party.
  • Once a qualifying sale has occurred, Ken Rasmussen Studio will advise the registered contact of the sale and the amount of contribution that can be invoiced.
  • The contribution amount will be 10% of the sale value if your association is registered for GST, or 10% of the ex GST value of the sale if your association is not registered for GST.
  • The contribution will be paid by bank transfer to a nominated bank account using the name of the association within 30 days of receipt of an official invoice from your association.
  • Acceptance of registration of a Community Association is at the discretion of Ken Rasmussen.
  • After registration, involvement in the Community Association Program may be cancelled by either party by electronic or written notification.
