Let’s Go To The River

This painting is a reflection on that time around four o’clock in the afternoon when the sea breeze stirs up the surface of the river. It’s hot and the roads draw you down to the jetty on the water. You can see the afternoon light catching on the rooftops here and there through the Claremont village.
